Website Accessibility
Roofing Scottsdale is a free homeowner referral service, not a roofing company. Independent providers perform the work.
This page explains how to report a problem using the website. It does not certify the site or an independent partner's phone route against a particular access standard. Roofing work itself is handled by independent providers, not the website operator.
How do I describe a website barrier?
Tell the operator which page you were using, what control or text you could not use, and your device or reading method if you wish to include it. Send a website-barrier message to contact@roofingscottsdale.org. It is forwarded to a Gmail account the operator checks; the privacy page names the services involved. That address also handles rights and corrections, but it does not arrange roofing work. A reply time is not promised.
What is 711 for?
Dialing 711 reaches a relay service from anywhere in the United States, as the federal relay definitions state. Someone using a TTY can ask that relay service to connect a call. The roofing phone number shown on the other pages is a different route handled by an independent referral partner. We cannot promise that this particular route accepts or completes a relay call, or that a roofing provider will respond. The 711 code is not the site's service line.
Can I continue through the website?
The home page introduces the roof subjects, contact explains the referral phone route, and privacy explains data handling. If navigation itself is inaccessible, include the page address and the problem in your barrier message. Sending such a message does not place a roofing inquiry or reserve a contractor.
